Complaints Policy and Procedure If for whatever reason you have concerns about the service you have received from a barrister in these chambers or a member of staff please do not hesitate to contact us. We have a policy and procedure for handling complaints both formal and informal full details of which are available here. Equality and Diversity Chambers is regulated by the Bar Standards Board and Six Pump Court fully supports the Equality and Diversity Code for the Bar. We have our own Equality and Diversity Policy which prohibits any form of discrimination.
