Clare Wright was called to the Bar in 1995 and is a member of the Inner Temple. She works predominantly in the field of family law. Her practise includes financial disputes following the breakdown of marriage or co-habitation and she has experience in cases involving substantial assets. In Children Act disputes, she acts in both public and private law matters and has experience in a wide range of cases including physical and emotional abuse, neglect and abduction.
She is a member of the Family Law Bar Association, South Eastern Circuit and the Kent Bar Mess.
