Profile

Lucy Luttman was called to the Bar in 2001 by Lincoln's Inn.  She worked as a Magistrates' Legal Adviser before undertaking a common law pupillage at 6 Pump Court in 2003.  She specialises in crime, defending and prosecuting for the Crown Prosecution Service and the Police.

Her practice covers a wide range of areas including drugs offences, violence, dishonesty and cash forfeiture under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.

In addition she prosecutes regulatory offences on behalf of local authorities and has been involved in cases relating to Trade Marks, Food Safety, Taxi Licensing and Benefit Fraud.
