Perican Tahir graduated from Sussex University in 2003 with a degree in Law. She was called to the Bar by Middle Temple in 2004. Her practice comprises mainly of family law. This includes: ancillary relief, including cohabitation and Inheritance Act cases; International and Private Child Law; Public Law, acting for Local Authorities as well as for parents; Child Abduction; Adoption; Domestic violence cases; Schedule 1 applications; and Jurisdictional disputes. She also practices in criminal and certain aspects of civil law.
