Frances Lawson appointed to join ICC Taskforce

Frances Lawson has been invited to join the International Chamber of Commerce’s Task Force on the Arbitration of Climate Change Related Disputes. This Task Force aims to explore how ICC arbitration and other dispute resolution services can be used to resolve climate change and associated energy and environmental disputes and to ascertain what, if any, specific features are required for a dispute resolution mechanism to resolve such disputes.

The Task Force will be chaired by Wendy Miles QC & Professor Patrick Thieffry. The first meeting is scheduled for the end of March.
