Hot Topics in Food Law Seminar

David Travers QC and Stuart Jessop took part in MBL Seminars’ ‘Hot Topics in Food Law‘ on 23rd May. David, who chaired the seminar, introduced the day with a talk and discussion on ‘risk’ in Food Law and Stuart addressed the impact of the New Sentencing Guidelines, enforcement and what organisations might do to respond to the new changes. David finished the day updating delegates on the subject of ‘Health Claims’. The day was seen as a great success by delegates.
