Ian Thomas elected a Fellow of the Society of Food Hygiene and Technology

Ian Thomas has been elected a Fellow of the Society of Food Hygiene and Technology (SOFHT). The award was presented at SOFHT’s recent Annual Lecture and Lunch. Su Werran, SOFHT Operations Director, said this was a well deserved Fellowship for Ian’s “outstanding contribution to the Society.

SOFHT is an independent consortium of food industry specialists which provides its members with technical support and training on issues relevant to the food industry.
