John FitzGerald and Richard Barraclough QC instructed in Maidstone murder mystery case

John FitzGerald and Richard Barraclough QC have been instructed by Gullands Solicitors in a murder mystery case whereby an unidentified body of a man was found decomposing at his flat in Maidstone.

The Crown have narrowed the time of death to a 10 day window in late May / early June 2015 and evidence as to the cause of death is awaited. Two people, who are unknown to each other, are charged with his murder.
