Nicholas Baldock and the civil team have continued their series of lectures on the Jackson Reforms, most recently at Tees Law in Bishop’s Stortford on the 24th January 2014.

This lecture included the implications of the Court of Appeal Judgment in Mitchell -v- News Group  [2013] EWCA Civ 1537 and follows lectures to the Kent Law Society and Berrymans Lace Mawer amongst others.
