Regulatory Notices and Environmental Legislation: Judicial Review and Statutory Appeals

This seminar will cover challenges to regulatory notices (under the Environmental Permitting Regulations, Water Resources Act, Environmental Protection Act, etc) and will identify when a client should commence judicial review proceedings when served with a regulatory notice, and how to progress a statutory appeal. The presentations will include specific case studies.
