Richard Barraclough QC will address the Hotel Forum 2015 on hotel security and liability in the context of child exploitation.

The forum, which takes place tomorrow, will focus on hotel security, brand margin, international travel and critical success factors for a new hotel brand.

Richard recently advised one of the large hotel chains on liability where a hotel might be used for the purposes of child exploitation.
