Six Pump Court Chambers present Health & Safety Seminar

Six Pump Court Chambers, recently awarded the Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession’s  “Health and Safety Chambers of the Year 2013” joined with Gullards Solicitors to host a seminar on health & safety law in the corporate environment this month.

The seminar covered the law in the areas of health and safety incident management, corporate manslaughter and work related deaths and the personal criminal liability of individuals.

David Travers QC and David Hercock, together with experts from Gullands Solicitors presented the sessions.
