Stuart Jessop helps residents oppose new premises licence for restaurant

December 2, 2016

Stuart Jessop has assisted a group of residents with their representations and objections in relation to a new application for a premises licence in a Cumulative Impact Zone. The Licensing sub-committed heard representation from these residents and from two Responsible Authorities and refused the application. There is a presumption that new applications in CIZ’s will be refused unless the applicant can demonstrate that it will not add negatively to the zone.

Stuart has recently lectured to licensing professionals on Cumulative Impact Policies and how to overcome them.
