Members of chambers Personal Injury team are able to advise at all stages in claims where liability (including contributory negligence) is in issue.
Topics dealt with include admissions and their withdrawal, issues of contributory negligence and causation from basic consideration through to complicated cases involving difficult areas of law. Members of chambers have experience of Final and Interim hearings including Costs and Case Management.
Wider issues such as Litigation Capacity and jurisdiction are also covered in Chambers work with significant seven figures cases having been dealt with in these regards.
