Defendant work covers similar areas and values with instructions coming through a variety of insurer clients. Chambers also advise Jersey advocates in relation to claims including significant cases of catastrophic injuries.
Chambers benefit from a wide range of experience which includes not only personal injury claims, but also dealing with inquests and Health and Safety prosecutions.
Members of chambers are regularly involved in ADR from including mediations and joint settlement meetings.
