CBA Conference Serious Sexual Offences – course materials available (6 CPD points)

Materials from last year’s Criminal Bar Association’s Conference on Serious Sexual Offences are available from the CBA website. The materials cost £60 and qualify for 6 CPD points.

Eleanor Laws QC was one of the speakers at the Conference and presented a lecture on Recovered Memory in relation to historic and recent sexual allegations and the admissibility of expert evidence.
