Our monthly environmental law updates (in association with LexisPSL) are now available as free audio podcasts.

The new format allows listeners to catch-up on the latest news ‘on-the-go’ and provides a usefully succinct round-up of the month’s environmental law news.

The short updates will focus on the month’s key legal developments in environmental law. All podcasts (both previous and current) will be published below.

What will be the impact of ‘No Deal’?

The Government has said that it would rather accept no deal than a bad deal for the UK, yet it accepts that no economic assessment has been performed that might evaluate the cost to the UK economy if no deal is reached with the EU by the end of the Article 50 process. We consider a few of the potential effects of failing to reach any form of agreement.
