Megan Thomas represents homeowner in successful High Court appeal where enforcement notice declared a nullity
Megan Thomas succeeded in quashing an enforcement notice on the basis that it was a nullity and no better than waste paper. One of the steps required by the notice was to remove a two storey side extension to a dwelling but no two storey side extension existed.
