CIETAC and CMAC Arbitration Panels

Anthony Connerty has been re-appointed to the arbitration panel of CIETAC.

Established in 1956, the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission is China’s oldest and most experienced arbitral institution and is one of the world’s major permanent international arbitration bodies. Appointments to the Panel are made every three years. Anthony was first appointed to the Panel in 1997.

Anthony has also been re-appointed to the China Maritime Arbitration Commission. CMAC, established in 1959, deals with maritime, transport and logistics-related disputes. The CMAC headquarters are in Beijing. Its various sub-commissions include Shanghai and Hong Kong.
