Edward Grant speaks at the annual PEBA Conference

On Friday 15th May, Edward Grant spoke at the 2015 PEBA National Conference.

At this annual event, which this year was entitled ‘Animal, Vegetable and Mineral – the very model of a modern planner’, Ed Grant was invited to sit on the panel in a debate headed “Protecting the Green Belt – sustainable development denied“. The panel considered issues such as whether the Green Belt has been effective, whether the objectives need up-dating, when boundaries should be revised, and what the future holds.
