Eleanor Laws QC secures reversal of a ruling regarding a vulnerable witness

Eleanor Laws QC yesterday successfully argued in the Court of Appeal that a terminating ruling declaring a vulnerable witness as incompetent, be reversed. The witness had learning difficulties and required an intermediary and interpreter.

The Court of Appeal reversed the ruling and sent the case back to the Crown Court.
