Six Pump Court presents the first in our short series of ‘Masterclass’ Environmental Law Seminars to be held this summer:

Environmental Permitting Masterclass: ‘Hot’ Topics and Brexit/Remain Reaction

The purpose of this seminar will be to discuss and to propose resolutions to complex issues recently faced in litigation with the Environment Agency, and also to debate the relevance of the EU referendum result on permitting, waste and other environmental issues.
