How to Operate Skilfully and Advantageously within the Planning System

Anne Williams will be speaking at a forthcoming White Paper Planning Conference entitled ‘How to Operate Skilfully and Advantageously within the Planning System‘.

Anne will lead the session called ‘Presumption in Favour: How much weight is being given to the presumption in favour of development‘ and will refer to emerging cases where Inspector’s have allowed appeals (or accepted the principle of development) on greenfield sites.

The Conference will be held on Thursday 19 November 2015 in London.
