Ian Rees Phillips’ opinion for UK Proptech Association quoted in property trade press

Six Pump Court’s Ian Rees Phillips has prepared an opinion on the business model utilised by online estate agents for the UK Proptech Association, an industry body for technology and property companies and individuals working in or interested in property-related technology. Ian currently represents more than 50 estate agents in a group action against the property sale portal OnTheMarket.com, and acts regularly for agents, vendors and purchasers in litigation relating to property transactions, as well as landlords and tenants in housing and property matters. He has a particular background in claims concerning commissions and fees on behalf of agents, and is happy to advise any potential client in the field on a direct-access or solicitor-instructed basis.
