Jane Campbell writes on the issues surrounding maternal drinking and parental capacity

Jane Campbell has written an article in the June issue of Family Law, which discusses the relationship between alcohol and it’s effect on parenting in mothers. Together with Sally Marlow and Colin Drummond of the Alcohol Research Section at the Institute of Psychiatry, Kings College London, she outlines the challenges involved in understanding the role of excessive drinking in parenting capacity and how excessive drinking is defined and identified.
