Litigation and Dispute Resolution Conference – 6th October

Six Pump Court Chambers and Kent Law Society are delighted to present this one day Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution Update. This timely and comprehensive conference will cover all of the important developments in the principal areas of law, practice and procedure over the last 12 months. Nicholas Baldock of Six Pump Court Chambers will chair the event and other speakers from Chambers include Gordon Wignall, Dinah Loeb, Ian Rees Phillips and Mukhtiar Singh. The day will also include a focus on Negotiation Skills by Keith Harper and an update from former District Judge Stephen Gerlis on Relief from Sanctions.
The conference will take place on 6th October from 9.15am to 5.00pm at the Holiday Inn, Rochester and will be followed by a complimentary drinks reception hosted by Six Pump Court. It will qualify for 6 CPD points.
