Milton Keynes double murder – Oliver Saxby QC defending

At the start of his trial last week at Luton Crown Court before Mr Justice Spencer, Earl Bevans pleaded guilty to two counts of murder and two counts of causing really serious harm with intent. Four others maintained their not guilty pleas and the case against them proceeded. Mr Bevans will be sentenced at the conclusion of the trial, which is expected to take eight weeks. Mr Bevans is being represented by Oliver Saxby QC, instructed by Alesdair King of Usmani King Solicitors.
