Mukhtiar Singh completes his first multi-track trial

Mukhtiar Singh acted for the Defendants in a high-value, two-day unlawful eviction trial at Dartford County Court. The Claimant tenant made a number of allegations against inexperienced landlord Defendants, including: breach of covenant; harassment (including various acts of a criminal nature); trespass; and conversion. The Defendants counterclaimed for unpaid rent and misrepresentation. Judgment has been reserved.
