Stephen Hockman QC and David Travers QC were amongst those who were asked to express a view on the proposed new guidelines in Safety and Health Practitioner, the official magazine of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).

In the March edition of SHP Online’s magazine in a “ViewPoint” article about the Sentencing Council Guidelines consultation entitled ‘The Jury is Still Out’, Eversheds asked leading Health and Safety lawyers to share their thoughts on the proposals.
