Nicholas Baldock successfully defends claim in high value road traffic act claim

Nicholas Baldock has successfully defended a timber merchant in a Third Party claim brought in respect of a road traffic catastrophic injury claim.

The Defendant haulier (represented by Leading Counsel) from whose lorry a load of timber fell whilst in transit, striking the Claimant’s van, sought to blame the Third Party. The claim was dismissed in the Norwich County Court with an Order for Indemnity costs.
