Oliver Saxby QC invited to contribute to British Academy project on treatment of Sex Offences within Criminal Justice System

Oliver Saxby QC has been invited to contribute to a two-year project being conducted by academics from the School of Law and Department of Criminology at Leicester University and funded by the British Academy entitled ‘Examining the Criminal Justice Response to Sexual Offences’.

The purpose of the study is to examine the criminal justice response to sexual offences and critically assess the impact of various measures that have been implemented with the intention of improving the system’s response.
