Richard Barraclough QC defends 17 year old acquitted of murdering ‘love rival’

The jury returned in the Leeds Crown Court and acquitted a 17 year old of murdering a boy named Irfan Wahid (described as his “love rival”) by a single stab wound to the chest. He was convicted of manslaughter. The incident occurred in Harehills Lane Leeds. He led Nadeem Ali of Manchester Chambers and was instructed by Messrs Karim of Leeds.
