Seminar: Proving or disproving the existence of an implied Trust of Land

September 26, 2016

Mukhtiar Singh delivered training last week to recently expanded Aletta Shaw solicitors. The training was focused on cases involving cohabiting couples, where at least one party argues that the legal interests do not reflect the beneficial interests. The training is relevant to property, family and probate practitioners.

The training included an in-depth analysis of the case law; and practical and tactical guidance through a case study.

Anyone interested in receiving training in this area, should please contact Mukhtiar Singh’s clerk here. The seminar provided 4 CPD points, but shorter ones can be provided upon request.

Mukhtiar has a fast-growing property and chancery practice, particularly in Kent and London, including charity law and transfers of property outside of a family context.
