Simon Taylor and Tom Dunn instructed to prosecute in case concerning historic sexual abuse at Barnados Home in the 1980’s

Simon Taylor and Tom Dunn have been instructed to prosecute the trial of Richard Gallacher charged with multiple counts of historic sexual abuse of 7 boys (including rape) in his care at a Barnados Home in the 1980s, and at another care home in the 1990s.

The trial is due to start on 24 February at Maidstone Crown Court and will last six weeks.
