Six Pump Court presents the second in our series of environmental law seminars to be held this year.
This forthcoming seminar is being held in association with UKELA
Topical Issues in Criminal Enforcement by Regulators: Current Issues
This seminar will identify the key current issues which arise when prosecuting or defending criminal cases involving waste matters, in particular those under the Environmental Permitting Regulations 2010.
Topics covered will include:-

Time: from 4pm to 6pm (tea and coffee available from 3.45pm) to be followed by a complimentary drinks reception.
Cost: No charge for UKELA members (booking required). Non-members £25.00 (second and subsequent bookings from your organisation charged at a reduced rate of £15.00 per person).
