Six Pump Court and UKELA present a seminar on Criminal Enforcement by Regulators
TweetSix Pump Court presents the second in our series of environmental law seminars to be held this year.
This forthcoming seminar is being held in association with UKELA
Topical Issues in Criminal Enforcement by Regulators: Current Issues
Speakers: Christopher Badger, Richard Banwell, Mark Watson, Gordon Wignall, David Travers QC and Stephen Hockman QC, with an introduction by UKELA Waste Working Party Convenors.
This seminar will identify the key current issues which arise when prosecuting or defending criminal cases involving waste matters, in particular those under the Environmental Permitting Regulations 2010.
Topics covered will include:-
