Six Pump Court presents a series of Environmental and Public Law seminars

Members of the Environmental Law and Public Law Teams at Six Pump Court will be presenting a series of seminars covering both environmental regulation and also public law principles of general application. The Judicial Review and Water seminars listed below will form part of on-going series of public law and water seminars which will continue later in the year.

The sessions will take place from May to July, with one seminar being held each month between 4.30pm and 6.30pm.

The topics for each seminar are outlined below.

25th May: Judicial Review: Tactics for Winning, Recent Developments and ‘Abuse of Power’

27th June: Flood Defence and Pollution Control: Statutory Powers and Compensation

12th July: ‘Piercing the Veil’ Incorporation and Liability for Environmental Damage: Widening the Net

A charge of £25.00 will be made for each session. Confirmation of dates and speakers will be confirmed for each seminar nearer the time.
